corenetx.md is an independent, open-source compilation. It is not an official publication of BCA, URA, SCDF, LTA, PUB, NParks, NEA, or any Singapore government agency, and it is not endorsed by them.

What this layer is for. CORENET X submissions are checked against the exported IFC model. The official requirements live across PDFs and portal pages; this project restructures them into machine-readable files so that software — including AI tools — can help practitioners prepare better submissions. It is an aid in the process, nothing more.

What this layer is not. It is not legal or regulatory advice, not a substitute for the Code of Practice, and never the final word. Regulatory requirements change; this compilation may lag or contain errors despite the verification pipeline. Where our sources conflict, we record the conflict openly rather than resolve it ourselves (see the cross-check report).

The maintainer accepts no liability for submission outcomes, regulatory decisions, costs, or damages arising from use of this data or of any tool built on it. All credit for the underlying requirements, component definitions, parameters, value lists, and guidance belongs to the official CORENET X programme by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) and the participating agencies (URA, SCDF, LTA, PUB, NParks, NEA). This project only restructures their published material into machine-readable form, with a source link on every fact. The official portal — info.corenet.gov.sg — is and remains the authoritative source.
